How to measure your hat:

Get a soft tape measure or a long strip of paper and place it around your head in the position you wear your hat.  The tape should be level, in the center of your forehead and about 7mm above the top of your ears.  It is best to get the size slightly larger than what you measure and pack the sweat band out with leather or newspaper for a perfect fit.  Over time Akubra’s will shrink slightly then the packing can be taken out once this happens….and your hat will fit you for the rest of it’s life.
