Orders will be shipped out within 2 (unless otherwise stated) working days, unless due to unforseen circumstances, in which case you will be contacted as soon as possible. If you purchase an item that is out of stock we will contact to let you know exactly when it is available.
Shipping in Australia: All parcels will be sent via Australia Post. Orders $29.00 or under are sent by standard post. Orders over $29.00 will be sent by Express Post.
Shipping to International Destinations: All orders are sent via Australia Post. Orders Over $130.00 will be sent by Express Post and have a tracking no.Insurance: Purchases within Australian are all insured. International purchases over $130.00 are insured.
Returns: We will accept returns, however, they must adhere to the following conditions:
•The product must be returned within 14 days of purchase
•Returns must be in the original condition at time of purchase, including packaging, instructions and any accessories associated with the purchase.
•If the product returned is damaged or changed in any way as per our discretionary inspection, a refund will not be issued.•Shipping charges associated with the order will not be refunded.
